Glow Neon understands that circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation or modification of your order. Please take a time to check our policy before placing a purchase.

Cancellation

• Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel it.
• We will do our best to satisfy your request if you need to cancel your order after 24 hours.
• If we accept a cancellation after 24 hours, we may charge a 30% cancellation fee because production on your item may have already begun.
• Please keep in mind that your purchase cannot be canceled once it has been produced.

Modification

• If you need to make modifications to your signs after purchasing them, please let us know within the first 24 hours.
• While we will make every attempt to fulfill your request, changes may not always be available if manufacturing on your item has already begun.
• If changes are possible, additional fees may apply.
