How do I request a free design?

If you want to build your own Neon Signs by sending us a brief, please fill out our Design Request Form (or leave us a message on our Facebook page) and include a clear explanation of what you want to make as well as your email address. After sending your idea, you will receive an email requesting confirmation. Check your inbox and confirm the request so we can respond with a free prototype and a price quote within 24 hours.

What if I want to modify the design after I’ve received a prototype?

We offer free design and responsive customer service.

Please feel free to indicate where it needs to be modified, and Glow Neon designers will redesign the prototype to meet your expectations.

How do I place an order after I’ve approved the design?

We will send you a price quote with a link to the product. Please use the link to complete your purchase.

What are the neon signs made of?

All of our signs are custom-made to order with premium flexible neon LED piping and proprietary PVC molding techniques. This LED piping is attached to a strong and clear acrylic backdrop that is trimmed to shape.

When compared to typical glass neon signage, this material is far more robust and environmentally friendly.

Are the neon signs safe?

Our LED neon signs are intended to be used in place of classic glass neon signs. Because they use LEDs housed in plastic rather than gas contained in glass, they emit little heat and are shatterproof, making them ideal for usage around children and pets.

How long will the neon sign last?

The LEDs utilized in our signs have a 50,000-hour lifespan. That is the equivalent of more than 5 years if the neon sign was left on all the time!

What if I have a problem with the neon sign?

All of our neon signs come with a 24-month warranty, which means we will replace it for free if you have any problems with them.

If you have any problems with your sign within 6 months of purchase, please email our support staff at with the details of your problem.

The team can then arrange for the sign to be returned to us for inspection before allowing the shipment of a replacement to you.

How do I install the sign?

Our neon signs are easy to install and can be done in less than 5 minutes. Follow these steps to get your new sign-up and brighten up your life as soon as possible:

Unbox your new sign with care. Because the signs are supplied in superior protective packaging, you may need to use a knife to remove the packaging to make sure they arrive in great shape. Be careful not to cut too deeply so as not to damage the sign or its cables inside.

Connect the power cords and insert them into the power socket. The signs come with one cable attached to the sign, a remote control cable, and a separate 12V transformer that plugs into the power source. Connect the mains power supply cable to the remote control cable, which is then connected to the sign’s cable. After inserting AAA batteries into the remote control, you will be able to turn your sign on/off, dim, and alter the effect. If you ordered the Color Changer, you will also be able to change the color of the sign using the remote control.

Use your preferred technique to hang your sign. It is very similar to hanging a picture to hang the neon signs on the wall. It is entirely up to you how the signs are hung. You can use nails and hooks, but we prefer utilizing wall-hanging strips because they are much easier to use and less damaging to your walls. To hang the neon sign, follow the directions for the technique and product you’re using.

Shipping and Delivery

How long do the neon signs take to arrive?

We recommend allowing up to 14 days from the date of order for delivery to arrive at your door, although it will most likely be sooner. The extended wait time is since each product sold on our website is produced to order, whether a custom design or a preset.

Production time is typically 3-4 business days, and shipping time is typically 7-10 business days.

As shipping partners, we work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT. Once your item has been sent to the courier, we will email you a detailed tracking number so you can keep track of where your new neon sign is.

I’ve been charged import fees/taxes, what should I do?

Customs and tariff costs may apply depending on your order’s country of origin, size, weight, and/or value.

All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We will send you a tracking number via email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days.

If you didn’t receive an email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Chargeback, in some cases, Emails don’t get send automatically.

My tracking number isn’t working.

It can take 1-2 days for tracking numbers to display in the courier’s system. The courier may occasionally face delays in updating their website or delivering an order. If the tracking number is still not working after four business days, please contact us at

I haven’t received a shipment notification.

If you did not receive a delivery confirmation email, it is possible that it was routed to your spam folder. If it is not there, please contact us at, as we may have the wrong email address on file. Include your name on the shipping details, your email address, and anything else that may be useful!

My package is marked delivered, but I never received it.

If your package was marked delivered but you never received it, take the following steps:

Examine the area around your house/apartment to see if the mail carrier left the item in an unusual location.
Check with your neighbors; they might have received your delivery instead.

What happens if my neon sign doesn’t arrive?

Our shipping partners employ a courier service that is completely traceable and insured. Once your sign has been delivered to one of our shipping partners (DHL or TNT), you will be emailed a shipping tracking number so you can watch its journey.

Our support team can then contact the courier to investigate what happened and arrange for a new sign to be sent to you as soon as possible, free of charge.

What happens if my neon sign arrive damaged?

All of our neon signs are supplied in complete premium protective packaging, which includes plastic wrapping, bubble wrap, solid cardboard edge guards, and solid cardboard boxing. This is done to ensure that your neon sign arrives in pristine condition. The shipping is also completely insured, which is why it is more expensive than ordinary shipping.

Does my new sign come with a warranty?

All of our items, however, come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. If there is a problem with the product, the client should contact and include a picture or video of the problem. We will next determine the severity of the problem and if it can be remedied with a spare part or if it must be completely replaced. Please keep in mind that the warranty does not cover events in which the device is damaged due to any external factors.

Concerning warranty shipping costs, the buyer is responsible for all delivery costs, including:

  • Product delivery to our facility
  • Delivery fees for warranted products to the customer’s address.

What if I want a return, refund or replacement?

Since our items are customized and unique to each order, we cannot offer a return. They will only be eligible for a replacement or refund if the product is faulty, the quality is poor, or the final product is considerably different from the authorized design.
